Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06.

These terms govern your access to and use of Twinbook. By using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service under applicable law or have the appropriate institutional or parental authorization.

Your content

You own the content you upload and the learning data Twinbook generates from it. You grant Twinbook the permission needed to process that content to provide the service — extracting structure, generating study materials, answering questions, and building your learning memory. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not train or fine-tune AI models on it (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Don't use Twinbook to upload content you don't have the rights to, to infringe others' rights, to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. Don't upload identifiable patient information unless the required agreements are in place — see HIPAA & PHI.

Educational use only

Twinbook is a study and learning aid. Its AI-generated outputs can contain errors and are not authoritative medical, legal, or professional advice, and must not be used for clinical decisions. Always verify against primary sources.

Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at Plans & Pricing. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Billing records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Twinbook available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features, and we may update these terms — we'll note the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.

Termination

You can stop using Twinbook and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
